I’m a producer & writer based in Brooklyn, New York (originally from Massachusetts). Currently, I’m a senior producer at Pushkin Industries, where I write & host The Last Archive, a historical podcast created by Jill Lepore.

I also produce Malcolm Gladwell’s Revisionist History, and was lead producer on Heartbreak, an Apple best-of-2022 audiobook & Spotify Editors pick by Florence Williams; and Higher Animals, an audiobook on synthetic biology by Michael Specter.

I write about history, technology, music, and films. I graduated from Harvard with a degree in History & Literature and a secondary in Mind/Brain/Behavior. I’m also a musician, and have written scores for BBC radio and documentary film.
